Support Tab

The Support Tab shows various information about the product build that you are using. 

Information

This shows the version and build information, what template it is, copyright, version and release date.  It also shows the Runtime DLL that the template is using.  It can be either ITRun32.dll used in Clarion 6.3 and older or ITRun32C7.dll used in Clarion 7 and later.  They are both written in C++ and are not in any way dependent on what version of Clarion you are using, except that one works in the old IDE, the other in the new IDE. 

Support

This has 3 links.  The first one goes to our website at www.icetips.com.  The second opens a web page on icetips.zendesk.com where you can enter your problem or question.  The last one opens a page that is installed with the product and gives you quick access to support options, login to our customer portal, etc.
