The DE property is a dimensioned property used in the GetThisQuarter, GetLastQuarter, GetNextQuarter, GetQuarterToDate, GetQuarterFromDate and Construct methods and is used to store the end date for each of the 4 quarters, i.e. 31, 30, 30 and 31.
