The PercentValue property is set to 0 (zero) in the Init method.  It is used in the Calculate, GetCurrentPercent, SetTotalValue and ShowProgress methods and contains the percentage value that has been completed, ranging from 0 to 100. 

Note that this is a PRIVATE property and should not be accessed outside of this class.
