The Q1 property is a dimensioned property and is used in the GetThisQuarter, GetLastQuarter, GetNextQuarter, GetQuarterToDate, GetQuarterFromDate and  Constructmethods.  It is used to store the start month of each of the 4 quarters, i.e. 1, 4, 7 and 10.
