ShowMinPercent

ShowMinPercent             Decimal(7,4)

Can be used when ShowAllWindow is FALSE to determine how much area of a window can be outside of the virtual screen of combined monitors.  For example if this is set to 25 then 25% of any given window can be outside of the virtual screen.  If more than 25% is outside the virtual screen, then the window will be pulled in so that it is 100% visible.
