In your dictionary make sure you have the SQL date defined correctly & that
should work OK.
e.g. for MSSQL something like this
MySQLDateTimeField    STRING(8) !This corresponds to MSSQL datetime
MyGroup    GROUP,OVER(MySQLDateTimeField)
  SQLFileDateField  DATE
  SQLFileTimeField  TIME
END

MyGroup.SQLFileDateField  =  TPSFile:DateField
MyGroup.SQLFileTimeField  = 0
PROP:SQL = 'INSERT MYTable (MySqlDateTime) VALUES(' & MySQLDateTimeField   & ')'
