I have been doing what Jerry suggested for some time and it seems to work pretty well.
Here is the code I use for it:
l:HostFile = CLIP(CLI:DownLoad)
CALL('Host.dll',l:HostFile)
Assign the procedure name in the prototype to simplify the call.
