Privacy Policy for Icetips

Your privacy is very important to us. We want you to feel comfortable and safe with us so we have outlined how we treat personal information.

• If you Subscribe to our Gold or Silver Membership, we store your personal profile in our online database. Full name and e-mail address are the only required information. Any other information is optional.
• Your purchases are done on a secure server to protect you.
• We do not collect or store credit card information at any time. That is done only by our credit card processing company and we do not have access to that kind of information.
• If you sign up to be notified, we store your name and e-mail address, and any other information that you may enter, in our off-line customer database.
• Icetips Alta LLC will not release any customer information except if we are forced to comply with some form of legal investigation.
• We reserve the right to use cookies to store certain preference information. At this time (August 2011) we do not use any cookies in our own code, but some extensions we use may use cookies.
• When you download a product file, your download is registered with your customer ID, date and IP address.
