Par2: Return values (MS SQL7 - stored procedure)

C5 does not support return values.  Only return result sets.  You can 
get the result sets back by doing NEXT(file).  In C5.5 you will be able 
to do file{PROP:SQL} = '&locvar = CALL storedproc'.
