You can use the Property syntax as follows after the report is opened.

As you probably know, there are 4 descriptors inside a PDF document under
"Document Information" general properties:
Title
Subject
Author
Keywords
These can be filled in using a batch process and an Acrobat add-on tool such
as Ambia's Compose tool. Go to

for more information. You can also put in bookmarks and links automatically, using
Compose, if you design your reports with different fonts.
When I print reports (for archiving), I create a record in a TPS file that stores the four
fields for each report, and then I run a batch program to fill in the Document Information
on the reports.
