In C5 it's in Setup Menu/application options/Generation Tab.

This should only be used on small and simple test apps. I tried this method on an application with about 50 procedures in it, each procedure with multiple extension templates and control templates. After generating about 3 procedures I stopped the generation. The debug log file was now almost 280 Megabytes in size, just over 1.1 million lines. So to use this method, create an application that is as small as you can and preferably with no other templates than the one you are testing.
