If you want a balloon message from your systray icon, look in your
WinEvnet docs under ds_WinTaskbarBalloon.
If you are looking for a fancy box that rises up out of the taskbar
and will fade out after a time and stack when there is more than one,
here is a link to a ClarionMag article by Jim Kane with an example
app.

I've used both and they work great, the balloon is super easy to do.
