Par2: Deleting File Drops and File Combos successfully from an APP

This has been in Clarion for many releases, and applies to browses also. At least one 3rd-party product I use chokes on this. The only fix I've found is to export the procedure to TXA, find the extraneous file reference(s) in the TXA, delete them, and import the fixed TXA back into the application.
