add to the driver string '/SAVESTOREDPROC=FALSE' for the first file you
open. You can put it on all without cost. This is an MSSQL v6.x switch
only. In v7 they have improved the database engine a lot and it no
longer creates stored procedures for doing queries. The switch is
ignored when talking to v7 databases.
