ABC: Resaving buffer after priming
2002-07-02 -- Jim Kane

Newsgroups: comp.lang.clarion Ed: Look in libsrc at the code for windowmanager.primeupdate. As you will see that is where abc does a savebuffer to save the 'initial' data. If you change or prime a field after parent.primeupdate you will get a warn on cancel. Just do priming before then or resave the buffer after you are done fooling with it. jim Kane "Ed Campbell" wrote in message news:3d21f6d8@news.softvelocity.com... > Why is it that on an update form of a file that contains a memo that a > cancel of the form with no changes to the form data causes the message > asking if I really want to cancel? > How can I prevent this? > > Thank you - Ed Campbell > > > >
