Put a box at the top position of your detail section, color it a suitable color for your printer, make all your controls in the detail transparent, then in the TakeRecord embed place... SETTARGET(Report) ?MyBox{Prop:Hide} = CHOOSE(?MyBox{Prop:Hide} = '',1,'') SETTARGET This simply toggles the box hide or unhide. The only drawback to this technique is that partially full pages are only greenbar as far as the detail area prints - but to me this is a minor issue, or benefit.
