FWIW:
The following Typed Group structure also works:

MyRecord      GROUP,TYPE
LinkWidth         BYTE
LinkType          STRING(1)
LinkFile            STRING(64)
                     END ! group type

DupFile    FILE,DRIVER('TopSpeed'),PRE(DupSAV),CREATE
Record     RECORD
                  LIKE(MyRecord)
                END
                END

Note: The above Group Type could also be used to create a Queue
structure that exactly matches the Record Structure!
