> - place a detail on the first page of the report only
Separate detail ?FirstPage - filter "False" - in the Event:OpenReport after
parent PRINT(Rpt:FirstPage)
> - place a detail on the top or bottom of every page except on the first

Add the "Alone" attribute to the ?FirstPage detail
> - have a different header or footer on first page and the other pages
Add a Surrounding Break to ?FirstPage and position Header and Footer
> - make a report from queue without having to declare a table in the report
> table schematics
?? I think the standard template just asks you to add a file to the file
schematics?
> - page of pages, multiple copies,...
