I've used about a half dozen of these drive sleeves, and they do an
awesome job. One word of warning - they're really only intended for
5400 RPM IDE drives - fast and SCSI drives throw too much heat. I have
used them with SCSI drives successfully, although I did have to mount a
fan in the case to blow over the drive case heat sink.
The IBM drives I've bought the last couple of times have been so quiet
there's been no need, however.
