The API you want is WnetAddConnection (WnetAddConnection2 or
WnetAddconnection3). It's not very difficult to use and I know that several
examples have been posted before. You could search Steve Parker's KB, Icetips,
and Clarion Foundry for examples.
You can get the documentation for this API from http://msdn.microsoft.com
