Par2: Slow opening of files in ODBC

The C4 ODBC driver uses a different form of file validation that is 
generally faster. 

 However, sometimes it is slower.  

You can change the  verification method back to the 2.0 format by adding a 
driver string of  /VERIFYVIASELECT=TRUE
