This indicates a GPF in your backend driver.  As it is happening on OPEN, I 
suspect the bug is that your backend does not properly handle extended 
fetches on the SQLColumns function.  You can avoid this bug in C5EEB4 by 
setting the driver string to /VERIFYVIASELECT=TRUE.  In C5EE you can use 
either this switch or the /FASTCOLUMNFETCH=FALSE switch.
