Hi Steve, If you really want to reduce it to a simple description, try this... "All forms of life are basically tubes. There is an input end, and an output end. The sole purpose of this arrangement is to consume other tubes. In the process of doing this, the tube wears out." Not my observation, but I'm rather fond of it... the difficult part is trying to figure out the survival value of bopping your neighbor tubes on the head for non-food related stuff
