1.EXE - c55aps10.exe
EXE works like MS personal web server. It even has PWS' s 10 user limit.
Just follow the manual and it will work.
2.DLL - c5launch.dll
If you follow the Michael's manual carefully, it will work but needs some
more care than EXE.
Steps to follow:
- Control Panel
- Administrative Tools
- Internet Services Manager
- Internet Information Services(under Tree Tab)
- Right click on the server icon
- Click on New
- Click on Web Site
- Click on Next
- Enter any name you want (ie. ClarioNetGateway)
- Click on Next
- Enter TCP Port#
Identical to the ClarioNet Client's Port#(ie 80, 8080,....IIS
tells you if there is a problem)
- Click Next
- Enter Path (ie c:\cwicweb) I assume that you installed the
Application Broker
on the W2K AS.
- Cliick Next
- Click Next
- Click Finish
That's it! Now you are almost ready for c5LAUNCH.dll.
You just installed a DEFAULT Web Site to run ClarioNet.
Print out the 55AB.PDF from \cwicweb\admin directory and
follow the steps 4,5 & 7 to 12.
step 4:
- right click on your default ClarioNet Web Site(ie. ClarioNetGateway)
- Click on New
- Click on Virtual Directory & follw the instruction.
